Position Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Liftero, you’ll be the driving force behind our customer acquisition efforts identifying the right opportunities, building meaningful relationships, and turning interest into signed contracts.

The space industry is a niche market where every lead matters. There’s little room for shallow outreach or generic pitches - success depends on precise targeting, perfect timing, and tailored offers.

As we grow and expand our global presence, you’ll often be the first point of contact for potential clients. That makes your ability to communicate with clarity, credibility, and confidence essential to shaping how the market sees Liftero.

Your Daily Impact

  • Lead outreach and relationship-building with key customers and mission integrators
  • Own and drive the sales pipeline: from lead generation to contract discussions
  • Prepare commercial offers and lead responses to RFIs and RFQs
  • Build and manage relationships with industry partners and suppliers
  • Represent Liftero at industry events and meetings across Europe
  • Shape how we position and sell our propulsion products based on customer feedback
  • Collaborate daily with the founders and engineering team to deliver tailored solutions for customer missions

Is This You?

  • At least 2 years in a business development or sales role within the aerospace or satellite industry
  • Fluent English, both in writing and speaking — you communicate clearly and professionally
  • You understand the deep-tech B2B sales cycle, work directly with customers, and can navigate complex customer setups
  • You want to help grow a space company and close deals that put hardware in orbit
