INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF A JOB CANDIDATE Pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter GDPR), we inform you that: I. The administrator of your personal data is LIFTERO spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Cracow, Skotnicka Street 252A/4B, 30-399 Cracow. II. Regarding the protection of your personal data, please contact the Administrator at the email address: dataprotection@liftero.com or in writing to the registered address indicated in item I above. III. Purposes and basis of processing. We will process your data for the purpose of: 1. to carry out the current recruitment process - personal data indicated in Article 22(1) § 1. of the Labor Code: name and surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications and the course of previous employment (the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR - legal obligation of the Administrator); 2. to carry out the current recruitment process - personal data other than those listed in pt. 1. above, which you voluntarily provided to us in your resume, recruitment form, cover letter and other documents (the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR - consent granted); 3. to verify your skills and abilities needed for the position specified in the advertisement - personal data listed in items. 1-2 above (basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest of the Administrator); 4. to carry out future recruitment processes, based on your consent to the processing of personal data provided in your resume, form, cover letter and other documents (the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent granted). IV. Data retention period Your personal data: - to the extent indicated in points. III.1-3, will be processed for 3 months from the date of completion of recruitment (i.e. conclusion of the target contract with the selected candidate(s)); - to the extent indicated in points. III.4, will be kept for a period of 12 months from the date of consent; - in the case of processing based on your consent, will be processed until your consent is withdrawn or for the periods indicated above. V. Recipients of data Your personal data may be disclosed to entities that process data on behalf of the Administrator, including, in particular, email hosts, cloud disk service providers, online platforms for recruitment processes, entities authorized to obtain such data under applicable laws. VI. Rights of data subjects In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: the right to access your data and receive a copy of them; the right to rectify (amend) your data; the right to delete, restrict or object to their processing; the right to data portability; the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. If the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) - the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. VII. Consequences of not providing personal data Your provision of the personal data indicated in Article 22(1) § 1. of the Labor Code (first and last name, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications and history of previous employment) is necessary to participate in the recruitment. Refusal to provide these data will prevent you from participating in the recruitment. Provision of other data is voluntary. VIII. Automated decision-making, including profiling Your personal data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling. IX. Transfers of personal data to a third country or international organization Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
