Space is one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. Thousands of satellites launch every year, and the market behind them is booming - with Poland right in the middle of it, home to a fast-rising space sector.

Liftero is at the heart of this trend. We build propulsion systems for the thousands of spacecraft coming to orbit, with the ambition to become the global leader in satellite propulsion - the transport layer of the space economy. Our goal is clear: deploy 1,000 propulsion systems in space.

Our core product is BOOSTER, a non-toxic chemical propulsion system built from first principles for the NewSpace era. It has already been validated in space.

At Liftero we build hardware that must survive vacuum, heat, vibration - and then move satellites in space. We don’t create campaigns “for reach.” Everything we publish must be precise, tailored, and trusted by people making multi-million-euro mission decisions.

We are looking for someone who wants to step inside our world: Someone who can sit with engineers, extract the essence of what they’re building, and turn it into communication that actually matters.

This role is for someone who cares about the mission - about building European space capabilities - and wants their work to have real, tangible impact.

• Understand the dynamics of the space and deeptech industry: long sales cycles, mission-critical decisions, procurement paths and how satellite manufacturers evaluate propulsion.
• Track market trends, competitors and customer needs, and turn this insight into sharp, differentiated messaging.
• Be embedded with R&D: gather facts, test results, visuals, data and turn them into content that builds Liftero’s credibility.
• Support sales and fundraising with materials that clearly show where we fit in the space value chain and why customers choose our technology.
• Shape the narrative of a company built in Poland, proving that world-class propulsion can be designed and manufactured here - and positioning Liftero as a future pillar of European space.
• Stay adaptable and move fast, because in deeptech priorities shift quickly and timing is everything.

• You have proven experience directly in the space sector 
  
• You have 3+ years in space marketing/comms and already speak the language fluently 
  
• You live and breathe NewSpace trends: You stay ahead of commercial space dynamics, orbital market shifts, regulatory moves, and emerging tech.
  
• You want to build something ambitious in a tight team under real constraints - not just "run marketing."
  
• You grasp technical subsystems and test data fast, asking precise questions without needing engineers to dumb it down.
  
• You value hard facts and technical truth over fluff and marketing jargon.
  
• You take full ownership, finish what you start, and thrive on real responsibility.
  
• You operate best at high tempo - fast-paced, occasionally chaotic, but always focused on real impact.
